    Canceling Your Subscription

    You can cancel your SalesOS subscription at any time.

    How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Credits & Usage
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Choose a reason (helps us improve)
  5. Confirm cancellation
  6. What Happens After Cancellation

  7. Access continues until the end of billing period
  8. Your data is retained for 30 days
  9. You can reactivate within 30 days
  10. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
  11. Exporting Your Data

    Before canceling, you may want to export:

  12. Go to Settings → Data Export
  13. Select data to export (Leads, Deals, etc.)
  14. Download as CSV or JSON
  15. Reactivating

    Within 30 days:

  16. Log in to your account
  17. Go to Settings → Credits & Usage
  18. Click "Reactivate"
  19. Choose a plan
