Email Not Sending - Common Fixes

Follow these steps to resolve email sending issues.

    Step 1: Check Gmail Connection

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find Gmail in the list
  3. Check the connection status
  4. If disconnected, click "Reconnect"
  5. Re-authorize if prompted
  6. Step 2: Verify Daily Limit

    Gmail has sending limits:

  7. 500 emails per day for personal accounts
  8. 2,000 for Workspace accounts
  9. Check your usage:

  10. Go to Settings → Credits & Usage
  11. View "Emails Sent Today"
  12. Wait for reset if limit reached (midnight PT)
  13. Step 3: Check Recipient Email

    Common issues:

  14. Typos in email address
  15. Extra spaces before/after
  16. Invalid domain
  17. Bounced previously
  18. Validate the email format and try again.

    Step 4: Review Error Message

    Error messages provide clues:

  19. "Authorization failed" → Reconnect Gmail
  20. "Rate limit exceeded" → Wait and retry
  21. "Invalid recipient" → Check email address
  22. "Sending quota exceeded" → Daily limit reached
  23. Step 5: Test with Different Recipient

Send a test email to yourself to isolate the issue.
