    Email Provider Setup (Gmail, SMTP)

    Configure email sending for outreach

    Email Provider Setup

    Connect your email account to send personalized outreach from SalesOS.

    Option 1: Gmail (Recommended)

    Setup:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click "Connect" on Gmail
  3. Sign in with your Google account
  4. Grant sending permissions

  5. Easiest setup
  6. Reliable delivery
  7. Automatic tracking
  8. Thread management

    9. Limits:

  9. 500 emails/day (Gmail limit)
  10. Tracked in Settings → Usage

    11. Option 2: Custom SMTP

    For advanced users or company email servers.

    Setup:

  11. Go to Settings → Integrations
  12. Select "Custom SMTP"
  13. Enter server details:

    14. - SMTP Host

    - Port (usually 587 or 465)

    - Username

    - Password

  14. Test connection
  15. Save

    16. Common SMTP Settings:

  16. Use a dedicated sending address
