    Email Provider Setup (Gmail, SMTP)

    Configure email sending for outreach

    Email Provider Setup

    Connect your email account to send personalized outreach from SalesOS.

    Option 1: Gmail (Recommended)

    Setup:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click "Connect" on Gmail
  3. Sign in with your Google account
  4. Grant sending permissions
  5. Benefits:

  6. Easiest setup
  7. Reliable delivery
  8. Automatic tracking
  9. Thread management
  10. Limits:

  11. 500 emails/day (Gmail limit)
  12. Tracked in Settings → Usage
  13. Option 2: Custom SMTP

    For advanced users or company email servers.

    Setup:

  14. Go to Settings → Integrations
  15. Select "Custom SMTP"
  16. Enter server details:
  17. - SMTP Host

    - Port (usually 587 or 465)

    - Username

    - Password

  18. Test connection
  19. Save
  20. Common SMTP Settings:

  21. Use a dedicated sending address
  22. Warm up new email accounts gradually
