    Google Calendar Integration

    Full sync between SalesOS activities and Google Calendar.

    Prerequisites

  1. Google account
  2. SalesOS Pro plan or higher
  3. Setup Steps

  4. Navigate to Integrations
  5. - Go to Settings → Integrations

    - Find Google Calendar

  6. Authorize Access
  7. - Click "Connect"

    - Sign in to Google

    - Allow calendar permissions

  8. Select Calendars
  9. - Choose which calendars to display

    - Set a default calendar for new events

  10. Configure Sync Settings
  11. - Sync direction (two-way recommended)

    - Activity types to sync

    - Reminder preferences

    Using the Integration

    Create Events

  12. Activities created in SalesOS appear in Google
  13. Include lead/deal info in event description
  14. View Events

  15. Google events appear in SalesOS Calendar
  16. Filter by calendar source
  17. Update Events

  18. Changes in either system sync automatically
  19. Conflicts show a warning
  20. Advanced Settings

  21. Color-code by activity type
