    Importing Leads from CSV

    Importing Leads from CSV

    SalesOS supports bulk importing leads from CSV files for quick data migration.

    Preparing Your CSV File

    Your CSV should include columns for:

  1. Contact Name (required)
  2. Company Name (required)
  3. Email
  4. Phone
  5. Job Title
  6. Industry
  7. LinkedIn URL

    8. Import Steps

  8. Navigate to Leads - Go to Dashboard → Leads
  9. Click Import - Select "Import Leads" from the actions menu
  10. Upload File - Drag and drop or browse for your CSV
  11. Map Fields - Match your CSV columns to SalesOS fields
  12. Review - Check the preview for any issues
  13. Import - Click "Import" to add the leads

    14. Common Issues

  14. Duplicate Detection: SalesOS automatically detects duplicates by email
  15. Encoding: Use UTF-8 encoding for special characters
  16. File Size: Maximum 10MB or 10,000 rows per import

    17. After Import

  17. Review the import summary for any skipped records
  18. Check the Import History in Settings for details
