    Creating a Workflow

  1. Go to Automations from the sidebar
  2. Click "New Workflow"
  3. Drag and drop workflow components
  4. Configure triggers and actions
  5. Save and activate

    Triggers (Start the workflow)

  8. Lead stage changed
  9. Deal value updated
  10. Time-based (daily, weekly)
  11. Conditions (Decision points)

  15. Actions (Do something)

    Trigger: New lead added

    Condition: Has email address

    Action 1: Send welcome email (Day 0)
